This is not a bus tour. It’s a private, scenic shore excursion designed specifically for cruise ship guests who want to experience Northern California beyond the city—without the stress of planning logistics.
Travel in an open-top Jeep with your own local guide, cross the Golden Gate Bridge, walk among towering coastal redwoods, take in Pacific Ocean views, and explore the waterfront town of Sausalito—all timed around your cruise schedule.

You’ll meet your guide near your cruise terminal, settle into a comfortable open-air Jeep, and head north across the Golden Gate Bridge. The pace is relaxed, the route is flexible, and your guide handles all timing so you can enjoy the day without watching the clock.

TOUR LENGTH & TIMING
Base Tour: 3+ Hours (Private)
Designed for cruise ship guests with longer port stays. Your guide plans the route and return timing based on your ship’s schedule, including buffer time before departure.
Typical Start Window: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We recommend allowing at least 45–60 minutes after your ship arrives before your tour begins.
Optional Upgrades:
- Add 30 minutes: $80 – extra viewpoints, more Sausalito time, or coastal stops
- Add 1 hour: $160 – more time in Muir Woods, extended scenic stops, or a relaxed Sausalito visit

Will we get back to the ship on time?
Yes. All tours are scheduled around your ship’s timing with buffer built in.
Is this better than a cruise line excursion?
Most guests say yes. Private tours offer more flexibility, more stops, and a more personal experience than large bus tours.
Can we customize the route?
Yes. Your guide adjusts the route based on your interests, timing, weather, and traffic.
How many people fit in the Jeep?
Each Jeep can accommodate up to 6 guests. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend 4 adults plus children or teens in the rear-facing third row.
Are kids allowed?
Yes. Ages 3 and up are welcome. Child and booster seats are available upon request.
What if our ship is delayed?
We monitor cruise schedules and adjust when possible.
What should we bring?
Bring layers, sunglasses, and a camera. San Francisco weather can change quickly.
Can we bring luggage?
Possibly, depending on your group size. Our Jeeps do not have dedicated storage space, and with 6 guests onboard, all seating space is fully used.
If your group has 2 to 4 guests, we may be able to accommodate limited luggage—please contact us in advance to discuss options.
