Golden Gate Bay Cruise (1 Hour)

After exploring the city by Jeep, you’ll board the iconic Red and White Fleet for a narrated Golden Gate Bay Cruise departing from Pier 43 1/2 in Fisherman’s Wharf.

During the cruise, you’ll:

• Sail directly under the Golden Gate Bridge


• Cruise around Alcatraz Island


• See the San Francisco skyline from the water


• Pass historic waterfront landmarks


• Watch for sea lions, pelicans, and harbor porpoises (wildlife sightings vary)

The cruise offers indoor and outdoor seating with narrated audio available in multiple languages.

Bay Cruise Check-In: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to exchange your reservation voucher (confirmation details provided by San Francisco Jeep Tours) for a Red and White Fleet boarding pass.

Children under 5 ride free on the Bay Cruise but must still be counted and included on the boarding pass.

Please note: We do not provide transportation after the Bay Cruise from Pier 43 1/2. Return to your hotel or starting location is on your own schedule.

Bay Cruise departures can sell out on busy days. If your selected departure time is full, Red and White Fleet will place your group on the next available sailing.

Important Information

• City Tours are conducted in English.


• Each Jeep can accommodate up to four adults, with a maximum of six guests if children are included.


• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your Jeep tour time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled.


• Bay Cruise guests must arrive at Pier 43 1/2 at least 20 minutes prior to departure for boarding.


• Tours operate in fog and light rain.


• No luggage, stroller, or wheelchair/walker storage is available in the Jeep.


• Bay Cruise schedule and availability are subject to change without notice.


• We reserve the right to adjust the tour route, cruise departure time, or vehicle size based on operational needs.
