Tours are conducted in English.

How many people fit in one Jeep?

Each Jeep can accommodate up to 4 adults, with a maximum of 6 guests if children are included.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your start time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals can’t be refunded or rescheduled.

Are kids allowed?

Yes — ages 3 and up are welcome. Child and booster seats are available upon request.

Accessibility / storage info

We’re unable to accommodate a wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage in the Jeep.

Weather policy

Tours operate in fog and light rain. Bring an extra layer — San Francisco likes to keep you guessing.

Route and vehicle changes

We reserve the right to adjust the tour route or vehicle size based on the day’s needs (traffic, events, weather, etc.).

Holiday closures

We are closed on December 25 and January 1.

• Bring a wind-resistant layer (SF can get breezy).
• Avoid bulky backpacks — personal items should fit in your lap.
• Let your guide know your “must-sees” and “no-thanks” at the start.
