How the Combo Package Works:

City Tour Schedule:

• Choose a private 2- or 3-hour city tour, departing at 9:00 AM and finishing at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM.

Alcatraz Ferry Timing:

• If your Alcatraz ferry departs within 1 hour of the end of your city tour, we’ll drop you off at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 minutes to an hour before departure.
• If your Alcatraz ferry is more than 1 hour later, we’ll drop you off at PIER 39—a perfect spot to relax and grab a bite before walking to Pier 33.

Alcatraz Tour Length:
Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours on Alcatraz Island. IMPORTANT: Return transportation from Pier 33 to your hotel or other SF destination is not included. The activity ends at Pier 33

Your Alcatraz experience begins at Pier 33, where you’ll board the ferry for a scenic 10-minute cruise to Alcatraz Island. Once home to notorious criminals like Al Capone and George "Machine Gun" Kelley, Alcatraz also offers stunning views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.

At Alcatraz, explore at your own pace with a self-guided audio tour of the Cell House, available in six languages. Hear real stories from former guards and inmates. Take time to visit the museum, bookshop, and other island features before catching a ferry back to the city.

The combo includes Alcatraz tickets (worth $45.25 per person). After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Tuk Tuk city tour details and  Alcatraz ferry and tour reservations. Alcatraz tickets will be held at Will Call at Pier 33, and all guests must present ID matching the reservation.

Alcatraz Combo Cancellation Policy: Important: All Alcatraz Combo Sales are Final. No refunds or changes. Alcatraz combo package tickets must be booked 96 hours prior to departure.

Other Details: 

National Park Pass does not apply to Alcatraz Tickets. All orders are limited to 8 tickets. Alcatraz is a National Park. Exchanges, refunds, discounts or cancellations are not offered.

• Tours are conducted in English.
• Up to five adults per Tuk Tuk (six guests allowed if children are included).
• Fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to departure.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Ages 3+ welcome (booster seats available upon request).
• No lap seating allowed.
• No wheelchair, stroller, or luggage storage available.
• Closed December 25 and January 1.

Bay Cruise Notes

• Departs from Pier 43 1/2, Fisherman’s Wharf.
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early for check-in and boarding.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for boarding pass exchange.
• Cruise times may sell out on busy days. If your selected departure is full, you will be placed on the next available sailing.
